Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan with maintenance team the preventive and corrective maintenance schedule
- Responsible for filtering the fault list & requesting machinery maintenance
- Ensure the execution of planned maintenance job
- Follow up on safety issues in the Plant, Ensure the safety of the workplace by applying OHS requirements
- Generate safety working instructions for machinery and follow up on implementation
- Generate improvement ideas in production and machine output
- Follow up on machine setup times / running speeds, downtime, benchmark with the standards
- Responsible for securing accurate waste reporting system and executing action plan
- Identifying hidden sources of waste and suggesting ways to cut down on it

Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Document all processes and procedures for initial certification & any upgrades with certificates
- Conduct Internal Audits & set action plans for gaps, non-Conformities, breaches from system or improvements
- Coordinate external auditor visits & prepare the grounds to ensure that there will be no gaps / breaches / non-conformities
- Analyze requirements, conduct gap analysis, and set systems to meet the standard for certification
- Review and approve Conformity Statements required by the EU
- Conduct awareness & training sessions related to management systems for the department heads to ensure alignment
